Founder of Alture Properties wins Top Real Estate Investor Award

Peter Cheung, President of Alture Properties, won the Inter provincial Investor of the Year award at Investor Forum Toronto 2012, held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on April 28. This is the second year that Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine is formally recognizing Canada’s top investors in real estate.
Vancouver based Cheung was also a finalist for Deal of the Year. Alture’s Director of Acquisitions Wendy Cheung was a finalist for Investor of the Year. The Cheungs were also featured in our April issue as the Success story of the month.
Peter Cheung is an active Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) member and has won Player of the Year in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 for having the highest real estate acquisitions. He was also awarded for his contributions to the community in 2009 and 2011. Wendy Cheung is an award-winning realtor in BC and Alberta, and member of the top 5% Medallion Club. She is also an active member of REIN and has received several awards for her real estate acquisitions since 2007.

Guiding the company is a strong management team with a combined 60 years of business experience and a proven track record in successful real estate ventures. In 2011, the company was awarded the Leslie Cluff Memorial Award by REIN for the highest acquisitions during the year and making the largest impact to communities from a social and economic standpoint.
